Frances Bell, the Person

Frances Bell has an interesting life background that enriches her approach to therapy. Frances grew up as a military brat with multiple moves and changes in schools. For several years, she was a Middle School teacher. Joining the military, she later became a military spouse and is herself a retired Army Intelligence officer. She participated in combat in Panama and recovered from related post-traumatic stress. She is a breast-cancer survivor. She has lived in Portugal, Germany, and Panama and traveled in Central America, Europe, and Japan.

Frances Bell is married to Raymond Bell, also a retired Army officer, for more than 30 years. She experienced blended family relationships since she is the stepmother to his daughter, Rhonda. Rhonda and husband Greg have two sons.
