Trauma Recovery and Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD)

  • Symptoms resulting from trauma include: Sudden Increased Heart Beat and Breathing; Sense of Fear; Panic Attacks; Flashbacks; Emotional Numbing; a Sense your Physical Body is Not Real; Hearing Inner Voices; a Sense that the World Around you is not Real.
